Ano Liosia 21/09/2018 - The European Commission funded ERASMUS+ KA2 project CareV.E.T.: Innovative training approach for Supportive Living Operators (2016-1-EL01-KA202-023612) held its last dissemination event in the 21 September 2018. The event was hosted in the conference hall of the partner member Association of parents and guardians of people with intellectual disabilities “To Ergastiri”.

The project CareV.E.T. – An innovative training approach for Supportive Living Operators: relational and therapeutic techniques and use of technological solutions, a combination of winning elements to make the work of professionals that operate in assisted environments more effective and at the same time to improve the well-being of people with disabilities in terms of self-esteem and autonomy.

30 years of mobility under the Erasmus programme – now Erasmus+ – have provided Europe with thousands of bridges of trust to study, train or volunteer abroad. Today, Europeans can freely cross borders to learn more from each other's views and perspectives; exchange experiences and ideas; share values; and start joint projects. Wider horizons, a broader common understanding and a larger toolset define the Erasmus+ generation.

The KICK off meeting took place at the premises of ERGASTIRI, 46, Trivonianou & Agiou Orous, Ano Liosia, Greece on Friday 16th of December 2016. The meeting started with a welcome from coordinating partner Omega Technology together with experts from partner Ergastiri that hosted the meeting. A presentation of the expertise of each partner followed and then the project activities, outputs and time schedule were discussed between partners. All partners represented in the meeting and a task list was commonly decided for the next period.
