The project CareV.E.T. – An innovative training approach for Supportive Living Operators: relational and therapeutic techniques and use of technological solutions, a combination of winning elements to make the work of professionals that operate in assisted environments more effective and at the same time to improve the well-being of people with disabilities in terms of self-esteem and autonomy.
The CareV.E.T project (www.carevet.eu) is financed by the Erasmus Plus programme of the European Commission.
The project partners are:
Omega Technology, Ergastiri, SenseWorks (Greece),
Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (Germany),
Et Labora, Tandem (Italy),
Cyprus Certification Company (Cyprus).
Within the project a training course has been defined that will provide skills and competences related to therapy techniques and advanced technological solutions assembled in a specifically developed toolkit that will be presented during the conference.
The conference will also address various issues related to disability and care of people with intellectual disabilities proposing various testimonies of research experience and social and work inclusion in Italy.
